Despues de que halla fallecido el padre de la familia Suarez-Aguilar, el hijo mayor emigro a los Estados Unidos para poder apoyar al resto de su familia. Comenzo trabajando en los valles agricolas de California y con el tiempo fue invitando a sus hermanos en busca del “Sueño Americano.” Despues de tres decadas en el campo, los Hermanos decidieron dedicarse al lo que aprendieron de niños. En el 2001, la Panaderia 3 Hermanos fue inaugurada en la calle Alisal y diecisiete años despues el Deli-Café 3 Hermanos comienza con la segunda generación de los 3 Hermanos.
After the father of the Suarez-Aguilar family passed away, the eldest son migrated to the U.S.A., in an effort to support his widowed-mother and six siblings. He began working in the agriculture valleys of California and with time, he began inviting his siblings in search of the “American Dream.” After working three decades in the fields, the Hermanos decided to dedicate their time to the craft they learned as kids. In 2001, Panaderia 3 Hermanos was inaugurated on Alisal street and seventeen years later, the Deli-Café 3 Hermanos was led by the second generation of the 3 Hermanos.
